Well done to Nia Evans who was Hawkstone’s Star of the Week on Friday for her  fantastic knowledge of the Digestive System in Science. Nia could name all parts of the digestive system using correct terminology and gave a detailed explanation of our Science Investigation. She showed great enthusiasm and leadership when carrying out the investigation and worked independently to write up the method of our investigation in the next lesson. She was a real support to the rest of her group and was able to give confident explanations.

Also a big well done to the children who got ten out of ten in their spellings – Jeremy, Emma, Freddie, Ala, Amelia, Skyla, Aaliyah and Ava-Leigh and to those children who practised at home and beat their scores from the previous week.
