This week in Lawley our focus in Maths has been division, with the children learning and developing the skills to divide by 2, 5 and 10, they have been using bar models to do so and they have all worked very hard. In English we have been writing about our favourite memories as discussed during our Memory Picnic, and we have sequenced photographs of our Memory Picnic.  In RE we have looked at the Jewish creation story and compared it to the Christian creation story.  This term in PSHE our focus is charity, we were extremely lucky to have a visit from the Dogs Trust, where we found out what this charity does as well as how to stay safe around dogs.  In science we completed our seasons topic by looking at and discussing our weather investigation findings, and deciding if our predictions were correct.  In our inside PE session our topic is gymnastics and our focus this week was moving around in different ways, with the main aspect being bouncing on 2 feet.
